VECI Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of arrival.
Note: If your product was not purchased on thevecistore.com, you must contact the seller for returns and/or exchanges. For products purchased on Amazon or BestBuy, contact Amazon or BestBuy support directly for returns and/or exchanges.
In order to submit a return request, please Contact Us with your order number and a list of the product(s) being returned. If you wish to exchange your product(s), please submit a return request and then place a new order.
Please read the following carefully before submitting a return request.
Conditions for returns:
- The product(s) must be in its original packaging including all accessories and original contents.
- The product(s) must be in perfect resalable condition. Damaged products may have the refund denied or incur a restocking fee based on the level of damage.
- Replacement products CANNOT be returned for a refund.
- Return shipping costs WILL NOT be covered and a return shipping label WILL NOT be provided.
- Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE both ways.
- For all international returns, we are NOT responsible for paying any custom fees, which may include, but are not limited to, duties, taxes and brokerage fees. The courier will not return such a package to us until these fees are properly paid. If the package is refused or abandoned at customs, we will be unable to issue any refund.
- We are NOT liable for lost or stolen packages being returned. We strongly recommend choosing a service with a tracking option for the return shipping. If the package does not reach us safely, we will be unable to issue any refund.
Once we have received your package and our team has verified the conditions above are met, we will contact you regarding your refund.
