Order Processing Time:

1. Business Hours:

  • We process and ship orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 4pm (GMT+8) will be processed the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm (GMT+8), Saturday, Sunday, holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.

2. Tracking Information:

  • We will send an email with a tracking number within 3 to 5 business days of fulfillment . 
  • If you have not received an email with your tracking number after 5 business days of fulfillment, please Contact Us. 


Order Estimated Delivery Time:

**Cost and time estimates in the guide are simply for reference and may change without prior notice. We highly recommend going through the checkout process to confirm the final shipping fees and time for your order



1. Pre-order and back-ordered product(s). 

  • If your order contains at least one product that is currently unavailable due to stock issues or pre-orders we will wait for all the products to be available before sending your order.
  • If you would like available products to be sent before unavailable products are ready, please place 2 separate orders.

2. Duties, taxes, and other charges.

  • Any possible import duties, taxes, and other charges for international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping fee. Please consult with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing. 

3. The estimated shipping time is NOT guaranteed. 

  • Shipping time does not take into consideration any possible delays caused by customs or any issues the shipping courier may have with the package due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Due to the current pandemic situation, shipping may be delayed.

4. Damages upon arrival.

  • Please check the quality of the product(s) upon arrival. For any damaged product(s), you MUST contact us within 7 days after receiving the product(s) or they will not be considered damaged.

5. No refunds for packages not received.

  • We WILL NOT be responsible for any packages that are still in transit, lost during transit or marked as delivered.
  • For international shipments, please make sure to choose the Express Shipping option at checkout if you are concerned about the quality of the service from your local post office. 

6. Packages returned due to incorrect shipping information or refusal.

  • If your package(s) is returned to us due to the above reasons, you may request 1. A refund (excluding the original shipping fee) or 2. A reship (covering another shipping fee).
  • Please note: Not all undelivered packages willl be returned to us. Only returned packages are eligible for the above options.
